Warfare Incorporated is set in a future ruled by super corporations engaged in no-holds-barred competition for the resources of the galaxy. The action centers around the newly discovered planet Icarus with its astounding mineral wealth and mysterious alien relics. Players take the role of a junior executive at the underdog ACME Exploration Corporation, discoverer of Icarus, and work their way up the corporate ladder by demonstrating their strategic and tactical skills in a campaign of increasingly challenging missions. Early missions concentrate on resource gathering and combat with ACME's chief rival OMNI Industries and as the game develops other factions and the power of the alien technologies come into play.

Endless Gameplay with Heart-pounding Multiplayer Support and Top-notch User Authored Missions

After completing the 20 story-driven single player missions, join with up to 4 players over WiFi or Bluetooth for head-to-head multiplayer action on 21 additional battlefields. Cross platform game play is supported, relentless game play among friends encouraged. Users of Palm OS and Windows Mobile " Pocket PC Devices with Bluetooth or WiFi can all play.

Even more challenge is available via free downloads of the Warfare Incorporated Mission Editor and user authored missions. The Mission Editor is a desktop PC tool that allows users to create their own full-blown single and multiplayer missions for the game. Mission authors have at their command, all the art, unit types, mission logic, and other in-game assets that were used for the original missions. New missions are packaged in an easy to share, easy to install format to be loaded directly within Warfare Incorporated. The addition of user-contributed missions adds significant value to the game by extending the playability and challenge for every user. Already there are dozens of high quality missions and mini-campaigns available, with more coming every day.

3/11/2004 - Warfare Incorporated v1.1 Updates - Native ARM cpu support for Palm OS 5 and above compatible devices. This results in a tremendous speed increase for the game and truly enables "high performance" play on these devices. - Landscape support on hi-res+ devices (320x480), such as Clie NX/NZ/TH series devices. All 4 screen rotations supported. - User authored mission pack support. Mission packs are authored with the new desktop PC mission editor and can be loaded and played within the game, extending and adding value to each Warfare Incorporated purchase. Already there are over a dozen user authored missions, with more coming.
